Most events will allow you to tag along to record the day with your camera. Or why not sign up as well to share the experience!

For the less active most companies also do days where you can get pampered at a health spa, or realise a long-held dream such as recording a favourite song in a studio.

What's her favourite sport? Is she a player or just a watcher? Get her fitter with some sports equipment. What about some gym equipment for home?

Of course she'll need to be properly kitted out for her new sporty lifestyle, so get her some proper sportswear. She's more likely to stick with it if she looks the part!
